"Kaavish" translates to "artistic effort" or "endeavor." It represents the dedication we put into every handcrafted piece. On a personal note, it is also a tribute to the founder’s daughters, Kavya and Vishwa.
Are you an Australian business?
Yes. Kaavish Pty Ltd is a registered Australian company. While our craftsmanship involves global artisans, our operations, customer service, and legal entity is based in Australia.
Can I request a custom design not seen on your website?
Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke commissions. Please contact us via our Inquiry Form to start the journey of creating your one-of-a-kind piece.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Because production begins shortly after an order is confirmed, we can only allow changes within 24 hours. After that, the piece is officially in the crafting stage and cannot be altered.
How do I know my ring size?
We recommend visiting a local professional jeweller to have your finger sized accurately. As our pieces are custom-made, we do not offer free resizing or returns for incorrect sizing.
How much is shipping within Australia?
We provide free premium, insured shipping for all orders within Australia.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. For security reasons, a physical signature is required for every Kaavish delivery. We do not allow "Authority to Leave" for any parcel.
Why do I need to provide a Photo ID for my order?
For transactions exceeding AUD $5,000, we require identity verification to prevent fraud and ensure the security of high-value shipments. Your data is stored securely and deleted 30 days after delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and secure payment gateways. For high-value custom pieces, we can also arrange for bank transfers.
Do your diamonds come with certificates? Unless specifically stated in the product description, our pieces do not come with third-party certifications like GIA. This allows us to provide exquisite quality at a more accessible price point. We stand by the quality of every stone we select.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 6-month manufacturer warranty against craftsmanship defects. This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss of stones due to impact.
Can I return my item if I change my mind? Because our jewellery is custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you believe your item is faulty, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.
