1. Delivery & Logistics
All Kaavish Pty Ltd pieces are handcrafted by our master artisans and shipped directly to your door steps. We are committed to ensuring your precious purchase reaches you safely. All Kaavish Pty Ltd orders are handled with the utmost care and security.

Manufacturing timeframe: All our masterpieces are custom made to order and take approximately 6 weeks to make.

Tracking & Insurance: Every item shipped by us is fully insured during transit. Our coverage ends, and risk of loss passes to you, only once the item has been successfully delivered to your address. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is dispatched.

Signature Required: For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature. We do not allow "Authority to Leave" (ATL) for any parcel. If you are not available to sign, the courier will leave a card for collection at a secure location.

Discreet Packaging: To prevent theft, our outer shipping boxes are discreet and do not mention "jewellery" or the value of the contents.

No PO Boxes: Due to courier restrictions for high-value insured items, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A physical residential or business address is required.

Delivery Time: Once production is complete, express shipping typically takes 1–3 business days.
2. High-Value Order Verification (AUD $5,000+)
To comply with international shipping security and protect against fraud, for any transaction exceeding $5,000:

we require a copy of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License or Passport).

This ID must match the shipping name and payment details.

Production of your custom piece will remain on hold until this verification is successfully completed.

Data is handled securely and only used for the purposes of identity verification for the specific transaction.
3. Custom Orders & Returns
At Kaavish Pty Ltd, we specialize in bespoke, custom-made jewellery. Because each piece is created specifically to your requirements:

No Change of Mind: Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we are not required to provide a refund for "change of mind." Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has commenced.

Incorrect Sizing: As each piece is custom-made, please ensure your sizing is accurate before ordering. We do not offer free returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes.
4. Faulty Goods & Australian Consumer Law
Your purchase is protected by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Major Faults: If an item has a major manufacturing failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Minor Faults: For minor defects, we will repair the item free of charge.

Reporting: You must notify us of any suspected faults within 48 hours of receiving your package.
5. Six-Month Manufacturer Warranty
In addition to your rights under the ACL, Kaavish Pty Ltd provides a 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects in craftsmanship.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, thinning of the band over time).

Accidental damage or loss of stones due to impact.

Any item that has been repaired, resized, or altered by a third-party jeweller.
6. Return Process
If you believe your item is faulty:

Contact us via email with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If an inspection is required, we will provide instructions on how to return the item securely.

Upon inspection, if a manufacturing fault is found, we will cover the cost of repair or replacement and all associated shipping.
